By accessing this website or purchasing, registering for, or participating in a REBEL Wellness offering, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Purpose and Scope:

REBEL Wellness PWA is a Personal Wellness Academy focused on Root-Cause Education for Biological & Energetic Literacy.

REBEL Wellness provides educational information and experiences intended to help individuals develop greater awareness, understanding, and participation in their own wellness.

REBEL Wellness does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, psychotherapy, emergency services, or individualized medical care. Educational information provided through REBEL Wellness is not intended to replace care from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and wellness choices.

Educational Content:

REBEL Wellness may provide educational information relating to wellness, biological literacy, nutrition, hydration, movement, sleep, breath, nature, nervous system regulation, energetic literacy, Human Design, personal awareness, and related subjects.

Some material may discuss emerging research, traditional practices, personal experience, philosophical frameworks, spiritual concepts, or educational perspectives that are not universally accepted.

Content is provided for educational purposes. You are encouraged to consider information thoughtfully, conduct your own research when appropriate, and make decisions consistent with your individual circumstances.

No Medical Relationship:

Using this website, participating in a REBEL Wellness program, or communicating with REBEL Wellness does not establish a physician-patient, therapist-client, or other licensed healthcare-provider relationship.

If you have questions about a medical condition, medication, treatment, diagnosis, or medical emergency, consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Personal Responsibility:

REBEL Wellness is built around education and personal participation.

You are responsible for determining whether information, practices, suggestions, or resources are appropriate for you. Participation in any activity or implementation of information presented through REBEL Wellness is voluntary.

Individual experiences and results vary. REBEL Wellness does not guarantee particular health, financial, personal, educational, or other outcomes.

Courses and Digital Content:

Access to courses, educational materials, downloads, recordings, memberships, and other digital resources is provided for the personal use of the registered purchaser or participant unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, publish, upload, share access to, teach from, or commercially exploit REBEL Wellness materials without prior written permission from REBEL Wellness PWA LLC.

What Lifetime Access Means:

Lifetime access means you can return to every course you've joined for as long as REBEL Wellness PWA offers that course online. It refers to the life of the course and the Academy, not to a set number of years. Courses may be updated, reorganized or moved to a new platform as the Academy grows, and your access moves with them. If a course you purchased is ever retired, or if REBEL Wellness PWA closes, I'll email you at least 30 days ahead so you have time to download your workbooks and save anything you'd like to keep. Your access also depends on internet service and on the technology that hosts the Academy, which are outside my control.

Intellectual Property:

Unless otherwise stated, original REBEL Wellness content, including written materials, course content, frameworks, presentations, graphics, recordings, educational resources, branding, and other original materials, is owned by REBEL Wellness PWA LLC or used with appropriate permission.

Purchasing or accessing REBEL Wellness content does not transfer ownership of that intellectual property.

Accounts and Access:

Certain REBEL Wellness offerings may require an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activity occurring through your account. Account access may not be shared with another person unless REBEL Wellness expressly permits it.

Community Participation:

REBEL Wellness may provide community spaces where participants can communicate with one another.

Participants are expected to engage respectfully and to respect the privacy, dignity, and autonomy of others.

Information shared by other community members represents their own experiences and perspectives and should not be interpreted as professional advice from REBEL Wellness.

REBEL Wellness reserves the right to moderate community spaces and restrict or terminate participation when reasonably necessary to protect the community or enforce these Terms.

Purchases and Payments:

Prices, payment arrangements, subscription terms, and other purchase details will be displayed at the time an offering is purchased.

By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method you provide according to the terms presented at checkout.

Additional terms may apply to particular courses, memberships, subscriptions, services, events, or programs and will be presented when applicable.

Guidance sessions are also covered by the Guidance Session Agreement you sign before your first session.

Refunds and Cancellations:

Because every course comes with lifetime access, I offer refunds within 7 days of purchase. If a course isn't feeling like the right fit, please reach out to me through the Contact page or by replying to your welcome email, and let me know what's going on. Sometimes a short conversation clears up what felt confusing, and if it doesn't, I'll send you a full refund and your course access will close. After 7 days, course purchases are not refundable. If you chose a payment plan and request a refund within 7 days, I'll refund what you've paid and cancel the remaining payments.

Refund and cancellation terms may vary depending on the type of offering.

Any specific refund, cancellation, rescheduling, or subscription policy presented on an offer page or during checkout becomes part of the terms governing that purchase.

Please review those terms before completing a purchase.

Third-Party Services and Resources:

REBEL Wellness may reference or link to third-party websites, research, products, practitioners, educators, applications, platforms, or other resources for educational or informational purposes.

A reference or link does not necessarily constitute an endorsement.

REBEL Wellness does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, policies, practices, products, or services of independent third parties.

Testimonials and Individual Experiences:

Testimonials, participant stories, examples, and personal experiences represent individual experiences.

They are not guarantees that another person will experience the same results.

Availability and Changes:

REBEL Wellness may modify, update, discontinue, replace, or reorganize website content, educational materials, programs, features, pricing, or services as the Academy develops.

Reasonable efforts will be made to communicate material changes affecting active paid services when appropriate.

Limitation of Liability:
