Human Design Charts:

When you create your Human Design chart on the Get My Chart page, the name, birth date, birth time and birth place you enter are sent to Bodygraph (bodygraph.com), the service that creates and displays your chart. Bodygraph handles that information under its own privacy policy. The charts made on the page are also saved in my Bodygraph account, so I may see yours when I'm supporting you in Know Thy Design.
